  4. The first 20 episodes follow each chapter of my book Shift Happens: How to Lead with Purpose and Discipline Every Day.  The podcast provides commentary for each chapter.  Directional to an audio book.

  5. Also want to answer some of the questions that have been sent in over the past 20 episodes.

Question 1: What does Karass mean?

Answer 1: In Kurt Vonnegut's Cat's Cradle, a Karass is a group of people unknowingly linked together to fulfill a divine purpose. These individuals may not know each other, and their connections are not always obvious or based on superficial relationships like friendship or work. The concept of a karass suggests a deeper, spiritual connection, where people are brought together by a force beyond their conscious awareness to achieve a shared, yet unknown, goal.   I read Cat’s Cradle my freshman year in college.  It was recommended by my mother who felt that I would like the works of Kurt Vonnegut.  She became familiar with Vonneguts work when she was in graduate school.  In 2014, I name my company Karass Innovations Group and the rest is history.

Question 2: Why doesn’t Lenier Johnson talk more?

Answer 2: Lenier spend allot of time doing the research for each episode, highlighting the critical details that he wants the presenters to focus on.  He rather spend more time producing each episode rather than hosting.  But he has made a commitment to host more episodes in future episodes.  Yes, Lenier does has a voice for radio but he feels his try talent is in researching and producing.

Question 3: The network has another podcast? What the difference between the two podcast?

Answer 3: The Continuous Improvement Lab is focused on the implementation of Management Operating Systems across various industries.   Whether you’re a business leader, operations manager, or improvement enthusiast, this podcast is your go-to space for actionable insights, proven methodologies, and stories from the front lines of continuous improvement.  The Systems Thinker Show is focused on business and organizations cultures.  Each episode dives deep into the principles, tools, and strategies that empower professionals to design, optimize, and lead smarter, more efficient processes across industries.

Question 4:  If I have an example or story I would like to share that is relevant to the episodes, how do I communicate with your team to discuss?

Answer 4:  Please contact us through our website at www.karassinnovations.com.  Go to our “Contact Us” page and submit your question, comment or request to be on the podcast.
